Dr. Ade Igbokoyi is an alumnus of the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. He is also a Solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and a Chartered Arbitrator.
He is the founding partner of Grandforth Legal Practitioners.
With his three decades of corporate experience in the capital market and real estate sector, followed by a stint he had in the law firm of Olujinmi & Akeredolu, (SANs), he stands in a highly skilled position to provide legal advisory services related to Securities law, capital market activities, legal supports in the sale, acquisition and perfection of titles to landed properties in Nigeria.
He has offered advisory services and support to countless number of clients for Initial Public Offerings, Right Issues, Collective Investment Schemes and real estate related matters.
He is a Chartered Arbitrator, with a unique strength in exploiting relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms to resolve commercial disputes and other conflicts.
He is on the advisory council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Ibadan.
He holds a PhD in Business administration. He is also an alumnus of the University of Ibadan, university of Lagos, Lead City University and the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is a fellow of several professional bodies, including membership of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators of Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Management and St. Albans Academy, United Kingdom.
Mrs. Simisola Obasan is a multi-qualified, multi-licensed, and multifaceted lawyer. She is a Barrister, Solicitor, and Notary Public of Canada, called to practice in Ontario Canada, and Alberta Canada. She is also a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
She serves as an Adjudicator and Board Member on the Assessment Review Board (ARB) of the City of Airdrie, Alberta, Canada, where she hears and makes binding decisions on complaints of Airdrie residents on property tax assessment matters.
She is also a co-founding partner at Grandforth Legal Practitioners, with offices in Nigeria and Canada. Her core areas of practice are Immigration Law, Corporate, Business, and Commercial Law.
She is also a Public Service Officer with the Government of Canada, and as well serves as the Vice President of Administration and Secretary for the Airdrie Black Community (ABC), Airdrie, Alberta Canada.
She is also an Instructor and Faculty Member at the Province of Alberta’s Bow Valley College, where she tutors, instructs, and provides mentorship to internationally trained lawyers looking to get licensed to practice law in Canada. She also volunteers with Calgary Legal Guidance, giving back to her community in the best way possible.
She holds a Bachelors degree in Law, a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration, a Masters Degree in Communication and Language Arts from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and is also certified in Artificial Intelligence (AI) from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Jesutofunmi Igbokoyi is a graduate of Biochemistry from Lead City University, Ibadan, Nigeria.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc. Hons.) Second Class, Upper Division from the
University.
She is an Alumnus of Bevy Business School, with advanced certifications in Office/Human
Resources Management, and Business Research.
She is also Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals Certified.
She has had extensive work experience at Aico International Limited, before joining the services
of Grandforth Legal Practitioners, where she now serves as Manager, Operations & Human
Resources.
